Rear extension, kitchen and patio - Hertfordshire

Here at JB Carpentry Plus LTD, beauty and expert craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. This beautiful single story rear extension was built for a repeat customer in Brookmans Park, a highly sought after village in the south of Hertfordshire. We created an open plan area measuring 87m2 in total through a complete structural re-supporting of the entire ground floor! This stunning new space was fitted with underfloor heating throughout, 6 meter bi-folding doors, brand new electrics and plumbing, a beautiful new kitchen and a utility room!

The external rear of the building was finished with sand and cement render, whilst the side of the property was finished with a pebble dash effect.

We also installed a large raised porcelain slab patio area, complete with a drainage system, steps, external lighting, and a rendered finish. One extremely happy customer!
